Common questions

What happens after the 30-day trial?
You'll automatically move to pay-as-you-go pricing, paying only for what you used that month. Prefer a fixed price contract? Just tell us and we'll set one up instead.
Are there any setup fees?
No. We get you live at no charge, and there's no cost for developing new features that come out of working with you.
How is "transport management" capped?
Transport management is 35p per job, capped at £1.05 per mobile per day, so a busy driver never runs up an unexpected bill.
Do you charge per office user?
No. Office user logins are unlimited and included: staff, customers and subcontractors, at no extra cost.
Can I get an estimate before committing?
Of course. Tell us your number of vehicles and an estimated number of jobs and we'll come back with an estimated monthly bill.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT, with a single bill generated monthly.
