CMA CGM, one of the largest global shipping companies, has been a Truckcom customer since 2012. Implementing Truckcom has allowed them to improve visibility of the movement of containers by numerous hauliers who are completing the work.

Hauliers who also use Truckcom are able to set up a direct link with CMA CGM which provides real time updates of Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and delivery times once recorded. These are automatically sent to CMA CGM’s Truckcom system reducing manual data entry, communication errors, and improving overall operational efficiency.
